1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fk775 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed in real time. Bank transfers and other payment methods may take longer to credit depending on the financial institution's processing schedule. fk775 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts that are not registered in your name.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by fk775 in accordance with the following conditions:

4.4 Transaction Disputes

8 Account Suspension & Termination

fk775 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable period;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any law enforcement agency;
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or violation of AML obligations.

Upon account closure, fk775 will return any verified legitimate balance to the player's registered payment method, less any bonuses or funds subject to forfeiture under these Terms. Accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may not be eligible for balance return.

9 Intellectual Property

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where circumstances require it.
